Me, Larry Lombardo, and Drake(left to right) went through AIT together and
spent 2 weeks dodging details at Ft Lewis Washington waiting to get shipped out.
All 3 of us got orders the same day and stayed together all the way to the 1/1 Cav.
Me and Drake went to the 2nd Plt. and Larry went to the 1st Plt.

I'm sorry to add that we lost Gailen March 19-1970 when the
track he was driving(23) hit a mine.
